Did your loved one fail to create an estate plan? Need help navigating the probate world?  Let A Day Law handle the court process so you can grieve and continue living without the daily stress of the court system.

Estate plans are created, in part, to avoid probate.  Probate is the court system by which property and assets are legally transferred after one’s death.  It is also where matters are litigated if a Will or Trust is contested.

Administering an estate through probate is costly and time consuming.

Probate administrator’s and attorney’s fees are set by statute and approved by the court.  Basic fees are based on the value of the assets needing to go through probate.  Probate Code §§ 10810, 10811.
