Many questions arise when owning and operating a business. This starts at the inception - What type of business entity do I need? What do I need to do legally if I want to hire employees? These questions continue throughout business ownership – My employee is always late, can I terminate him? What is overtime and how do I calculate it? A Day Law can help you navigate these legal and practical issues.
