ASHLEY DAY, ATTORNEY

 

Ashley has over 20 years of legal experience as a business owner and advisor, litigator and estate planner.  Ashley opened her own practice to help individuals and families with estate planning, probate and trust administration.  She also helps small businesses with their needs as they arise.   

 

Ashley began her career in litigation.  She represented individuals in employment law matters and then litigated catastrophic injury cases defending the automotive industry.  Ashley worked for Bowman and Brooke, a nationally recognized trial firm, representing some of the largest auto manufacturers in the world such as Toyota, General Motors, Ford, Nissan and Honda.

 

After working with large corporations for so long, Ashley wanted to connect with people once again.  Ashley became an entrepreneur and owned and operated two franchises in the Bay Area.  She enjoyed working with individual clients and customers.  Ashley used her legal skills to build and grow her business.  During that time she also advised and counseled other small business owners in legal matters.

 

After selling her business, Ashley wanted to continuing working
with individuals.  She started working in the estate planning field and loved being able to help people plan and prepare for their families future.

 

Ashley is a Bay Area native and lives in the East Bay with her family.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors in the beautiful California weather with her husband, three children and beloved dog.
